LedgerSolve Resolution Desk
Privacy Policy
LedgerSolve Resolution Desk is B2B software for organizing invoice follow-up and payment-resolution activity. This policy describes the information the current workspace handles and the purposes supported by the present product.
Information handled by the product
LedgerSolve handles organization and profile information, account-user identity, email address, role, and authentication or account data. It also handles client or customer contact information entered by the business.
Workspace records can include invoice numbers, dates, amounts, due dates, balances, status, user-entered payment records, notes, and available activity or history records. A promise to pay is a workflow event and is not treated as a payment.
How information is used
LedgerSolve uses this information to operate the organization-scoped workflow, keep invoice follow-up and payment-resolution records available to authorized users, and support the organization using the workspace.
Information may also be used as reasonably necessary for security and legal compliance. LedgerSolve does not make collection decisions for users or determine whether a debt or invoice is legally enforceable.
Security and retention
LedgerSolve uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect customer data and account access. No system can guarantee absolute security.
While a subscription is active, paid and resolved invoices remain available in the account and do not count toward the active-invoice limit. After a subscription ends, customers should download or export records they want to keep within 30 days. LedgerSolve may retain account data for up to 90 days as an additional retrieval period, after which stored data may be permanently deleted under the data-retention policy.
